Love makes and breaks you. It leaves you a totally different person! It’s all good when you are happily in love, but when it goes downside…you are stranded in a too familiar looking world. Every nook and corner of which keeps reminding you of the Blissful time that you had, all that you were and that you can no longer be…

Monday Musings

Falling in and out of love seems so very easy when it’s shown in the movies! But is it like that in real life? As easy as switching your emotions on and off. Does going on a solo trip or drinking a lot of alcohol or having flings help?

Chasing Suns and Shadows in Coorg!

Rolling hills, idyllic cottages, coffee plantations, chirping birds, homemade wines and most importantly absolutely no mobile network connectivity or television and telephones!! Coorg was a perfect getaway that we were looking for.
Just like last year, we packed our bags and headed to Karnataka for a 10 day tour. But this time we went further south and explored the land of the Hoysala Dynasty, of the coffee and spice estates and of the famous hill station, Coorg!

F.R.I.E.N.D.S

This is to all the friends I have had so far. Even the ones that I no longer talk with. Thank you for the part you played in my life. I don’t want to put up photos of my friends and flaunt about how they are my “life” and my “soul mates” and blah blah blah. Because that would just be a shallow exaggeration!

Cookie Jars

via Daily Prompt: Hidden
How normal is it to store bits of scrap!
I’m sure all of us have a box stashed away somewhere which is filled with some random-est of stuffs. Broken toys, birthday cards, first love letter, marbles, pens, bottle corks, key-chains, lose pearls and many of such seemingly useless things. They are like evidences of the life that is now lost to us; filled with bittersweet memories of our childhood, our first love, our first broken heart, of people with whom we are no longer in touch.
